Product Registration
The first step to warranty coverage is product registration.
Some equipment and engine manufacturers require separate registrations—one for the unit and one for the engine inside it.
Registering your product ensures you receive important updates like service bulletins, software updates, support alerts, and warranty tracking.

Engine Warranty by Brand
CK Power is an authorized distributor and/or service provider for several major OEM brands. This allows us to process and service warranties directly through the manufacturer for fast, accurate resolution with genuine parts and factory-trained technicians.
CK Power Products Standard Warranty
CK Power Products are backed by a standard manufacturer warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship, providing repair, replacement, or adjustment at CK Power’s discretion. Mobile power generator sets and accessories are covered for 2 years or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first, calculated from the date of delivery to the original consumer. Coverage applies to products that are properly installed, maintained, and operated, and excludes issues caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, third-party repairs, or normal wear and tear. As a courtesy, CK Power can assist with the registration and warranty processes for the engine that powers your CK Power products.
John Deere Warranty
John Deere engines and drivetrain components are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring reliable performance and long-term value. Engine coverage is 2 years or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first, while drivetrain components are covered for 1 year or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first. Standard and extended coverage options are available depending on the engine model and application.
Kubota Warranty
Kubota engines come with a standard 2-year or 2,000-hour warranty, whichever comes first. For select applications, including light towers, air compressors, and generators, (excluding marine, RV, and Kubota-branded units) an extended 3-year or 3,000-hour warranty is available, provided the engine is registered at the time of sale.
Volvo Penta Warranty
Volvo Penta industrial engines are built for reliability and come with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty. Off-road engines are covered for 2 years or up to 3,000 operating hours, with unlimited hours during the first year. Prime power engines carry 2 years or 3,000 hours of coverage, while standby power engines are covered for 2 years or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first. This warranty ensures operators can rely on Volvo Penta engines across a variety of applications.
File Warranty Claim
Our in-house service teams are trained to handle diagnostics, warranty repairs, and component replacements, either on-site or in our service facilities. If you think your product may be experiencing a warranty-covered issue, contact us to initiate a claim or schedule service.
